Scroll bar in Windows Mail

Is there a way to have the windows scroll bar default to the top of the page
when visiting various newsgroups ? Currently , when I change to another
newsgroup the bar is always in a different position and I must scroll to the
top to see the most recent posts . TIA for your help .

Click on the Sent column header to reverse the date sent order.
