I believe he says that they log onto windows with two separate user ACCOUNTS.
If their e-mails are aliases for the same server e-mail address, then they would
have to leave mail on the server and set up a rule to DELETE (but NOT delete
from the server) e-mails going to the other account if they don't want to see
each others e-mails.
