windows mail

i can not send or recive mail. I get a message like this:

Verten POP3 ble ikke funnet.....
110001, Feilkode:0x800CCC0D

This doesn't look like a full error message. Is there more?

Copy the complete error message, then post it here.
Also add an English translation, but don't alter the original.
