POP3 SMTP

I was trying to set up my main mail accounts and i am unsure on where to find
the POP3 and SMTP information that windows mail asks for? doea anyone know
where i can find this information to make the email accounts work with
windows mail?

Your mail provider is the best source, generally the same provider as your
internet service..
