I prepare a newsletter using Office 2007 WORD
and save it in 'plain text' format.
When I insert the text file into a new email,
the single and double quote marks do not
appear in the text. The email format is HTML
that includes graphics and color fonts.
Any idea why these charaters do not appear
in the email?
