Can't receive/send mails - Error 80090330

Trying to use Time & Chaos/!ntellect mail module in Vista Ultimate (it
was working fawlessly in XP). Set up is identical as Windows Mail (and
Outlook Express). However, onw, in Vista, I cannot reseive/sent mails.
Checking account shows me an error: "Failed authentication - Error
80090330". I tried AT&T support - they are not familiar with this
program; chekhed/unabled anti spy or whatever else I had anti (also -
ZoneAlarm is green). Searching Interned I founded a few mentions about
similar (80090330) error but in other situations and, what I
understand, related to authentication. I'm new (and still ignort) to
Vista. May be someone have some idea what to do?

I am having the very same problem, bought a new computer with microsoft
vista, set up my email with microsoft, but can not send or receive mail, keep
getting errors, keep hiting brick wall with what ever i look up or people i
talk to, so if you do find a solution, please let me know pbypj@microsoft.com

I doubt you'd find anyone here who is familiar with that program.

it sounds like the email client is built in. You should contact
Chaos Software for support.

Yours does not sound like the same problem.
What do you mean by "set up my email with microsoft"?
Microsoft doesn't give out email accounts, unless you mean Hotmail.
Windows Mail does not accommodate Hotmail accounts.
Who is your ISP? Do you have an existing email address, and if so,
what is the part after the @ symbol?

I already aked Chaos for support. Solution proposed by them doesn't
work. Yet. I think that all problem is hidden somewhere deepper in
Vista itself (some "security" gates blocking communication for ones -
using Chaos, and open for others - using Windows Mail or Outlook). M$
is not helping much (even with their dumb, poorely organized and
written "Vista Resource Kit").
I'm still sitting at my monitor looking fo any answer...

I am not a programmer or developer, so I can't help you
with that problem. Hopefully Chaos has some capable developers
who will get off their duff and make their program Vista compatible.
Vista and its beta versions have been available for a long time already.
