Help i cant read the newsgroup messages

this is what i get when i tried to read mt newsgroup messages. i had to reset
everything because i could not compress the database. now how can i fix this?



Folder could not be displayed
Windows Mail could not open this folder.

This fix sometimes helps. Download and install it without Windows Mail
running.

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works for
other folders and sometimes for the problem you are having. If you
don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version,
try the 32-bit version first.

Also, what if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them
cause such problems, although seldom immediately.

that did not work as i had that installed before. not sure what i should do
now....

Yes i did and i reset the news account too. still nothing...
