When you select send and receive on a fresh account the window showing
progress remains small until you get an error then it remains large showing
details every other time you check mail until you select the <<Details button
then it remains small no details until you exit Windows Mail when you open
Windows Mail again and send and receive the window is large showing details
every time. I think the next time you start Windows Mail the progress window
should be no details like in a new account.
