Connection to Server Failed

I am currently using Windows Mail although I also have outlook on my laptop.
When I try to log into both there is a connection failure. My email address
is through 1&1 website hosting....is there a problem with the settings on my
email or is it just the 1&1 server? I've tried logging onto the 1&1 site but
it keeps saying my website domain and password are incorrect. Can anyone
help?? Much appreciated if you can!!

Hi, Angie. If both programs are reporting the same error I'll bet the
problem is with your 1&1 account. Call their support line and have them
reset your password. They should be able to fix you right up.

We need to see the full error message, please copy and paste all error
