incoming mail
when i set up windows mail all my inbox transferred from my ISP inbox to
windows how do i change it back and how do i stop that happening again

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties,
then Advanced. If there is no check mark in the box before Leave a copy
of messages on server, click on that box. It's recommended that you also
have a check mark before one of the methods for removing old messages
from the server, to prevent the server's inbox from filling up. Click on
Apply, then OK, then Close.

That will stop it but not send the messages back.
