Is the message from your ISP (Roadrunner)?
It may mean that your mailbox on the server is full. If your mail client
(Win Mail or your previous program) was set to leave the mail on the server,
then you are downloading your mail, but not deleting it on the server.
To check in Win Mail:
Tools - Accounts - select your mail account - Properties - Advanced -
Delivery (uncheck Leave Mail on Server box)
If your previous mail program left the mail there, you may have to log on
via web mail to delete them.
