to moe them to another folder and they dissapear, but one was left and cannot
delete it,
"Says" Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this

Re: Email in outbox
Microsoft has a fix for that:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090
"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"
That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.
Although only 'Outbox' is mentioned, it will enable removal of stuck
emails from any folder.

Re: Email in outbox
I have been having the same problem, followed your advice (link) but that
doesn't seem to have fixed the problem.
Basically any email I send sits in the Outbox, which then doesn't indicate
that there are items waiting to be sent. Once I exit Windows Mail completely
then re-open it, the mail is sent, although now the Outbox indicates that
there is a message waiting to be sent, even though it has already been sent.
The only wait to get rid of the e.g. Outbox (1) view is to exit yet again and
reopen. It's very frustrating! Any other tips?
Thanks!

Re: Email in outbox
Windows Mail has a number of bugs. I recommend you upgrade
to the newer Windows Live Mail:

Re: Email in outbox
Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. If there's no check mark in the
box before Send messages immediately, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on OK.
