Can't send e-mails with windows mail vista

up to the end of october windows mail worked fine (after some problems with
mcafee security center). Since then windows mail keeps all sent mails in
'Postausgang' and does not dispatch them, this without any errormessage or
other messages, it does just nothing. Also the security center shows no
errormessages.
Can anyone help me ?

Wenn Sie Windows Mail auf einem Computer verwenden, auf dem Windows Vista
ausgeführt wird, können Nachrichten in dem Postausgang nicht gehangen werden
