waite time - timeout

how do you make windows mail waite longer than 60 seconds to send large files
or attachments i know it was possible to lengthen the time in windows xp but
how do you do it in vista?

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then the account you want to make the
change for, then Properties, then Advanced. Move the slider for
Server Timeouts, then click Apply, then OK, then Close.
