Hello
I am on Vista Basic Home edition and I am unable to open email attachments
and when I send attachments to others they are unable to open the ones I
have sent them.
HELP!!!

Go to Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
and also uncheck "Block images..."
If that doesn't fix the problem, go back to the same place and
select Internet zone instead of Restricted Sites zone.
Also, under Tools, Options, Read, make sure "Read all messages
in plain text" is not checked.

What error message do you get when you try to open an attachment?
