microsoft outlook web access why is its closing down??

When i hit new message i can write a new message BUT WHEN I HIT SENT THE
SCREEN TURNS NEARLY WHITE AND I RETURN TO THE STAR PAGE.

Your title says "outlook web access". If that is indeed your email issue,
you have posted in the wrong forum.

However, have your Exchange server admin take a look at this article:
