I get and error message

I can"t delete on message in out box and I have been trying everything you
have in here.. and some people tell me they aren't getting my mail either so
what is going on here. can I unstall this mail and down load my old outlook
express or what

No, you can't uninstall this mail and load Outlook Express, OE won't run on
Vista. For the delete problem, try this Microsoft fix:

Outlook Express won't work under Vista and Windows Mail won't
uninstall. If you've tried the download fix from Microsoft and it still
doesn't work, your best choice may be to download and install
Windows Live Mail from Microsoft.
