Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

What folder is the mail stuck in?
Did you download and install the correct version og the fix?
What else have you tried?

It is in "outgoing messages"
there are two versions, i took the correct one, yes.

nothing else.

when i try to delete the mail, the window "Windows Mail - Mails will be
deleted" opens automatically. but it's not able to delete the message.

what else can i do?

Sorry, but if you installed the correct version after downloading it (the
wrong version won't install) then I have no idea. I suggest trying Windows
Live Mail:
http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
It 'should' import all your Windows Mail messages and accounts when you
install it.
