im able to receive email but not send

One common cause for such an error is using a connection to the server
that goes through another internet provider's equipment. Connections to
port 25 are often blocked at the boundaries between the internet
providers, to avoid spammers.

Another is not having the part of the account that refers to the
outgoing email server set up correctly. You'll need to ask your
internet provider for the instructions to set up an email account
to check this.

Some antivirus programs cause problems with Windows Mail, so which
if any such programs are you using?

I've got same problem. It Just started. I'm using bellsouth. Not getting
error message but messages just stay in outbox. wrote:

Bellrossusa.com is not an ISP. It is likely that you are attempting to
connect to the mail.bellrossusa.com outgoing server while connected
to a different network. That is not allowed. If you will identify who
your ISP is, we can give you some workarounds.

McAfee...Could it be that I'm in a hotel room and there server isn't letting
me out? I swear I sent messages last week.

If you're not getting an error message, then you're not likely to have
the same problem. Can you move or delete the messages in the Outbox?

If the hotel's Internet connection is blocking your ability to send,
you would see error messages when sending.

I have been using the same set up for months, i have changed
nothing....something else must be wrong I am receiving emails fine, just
