New Vista Greek Version Outlook Express Send & receive Problem

Unless I switch off and on again the Version 6 outlokk express on the Vista
OS, I cannot send and receive e-mails.
in order to send a new e-mail I have to switch off and switch on again the
software, by pressing the Send/Receive "buton" nothing happens.

I'm really sorry, but you can't have Outlook Express of any version in
Vista.

Outlook Express doesn't run under Vista. If you're using Windows Mail
instead, click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then
Properties. If the box before Include this account when receiving mail or
synchronizing isn't checked, click on this box and then Apply. Click on OK
and then Close.

Click on Tools, then Options, then General. If the box before Send and
receive messages at startup isn't checked, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on Send. If the box before Send messages immediately isn't checked,
click on it and then Apply. Click on OK.
