Attachment Problem

Hello,
I have Vista Home Premium and I'm having a problem with certain attachments
in Windows Mail. When I open the message, the attachment has the Windows Mail
icon next to the title in the attachments box. When I attempt to open it, it
simply opens another copy of the message. I've tried checking and unchecking
every box in the Security section, as well as saving the message to the
desktop. Nothing seems to work. Anybody encounter this problem?

I had the same problem same system,try clicking view(within the email) then
read in html, worked for me.

Thanks Ton, but that option is grayed out.
