Windows live mail calls some mail junk which is not junk mail.

I get mail from a company that windows live mail always calls junk mail even
after I add the company to my trusted list and adding them to my contacts
list. Is there a list of junk mail somewhere that could have been made prior
to me adding this compamy to my trusted list and contacts ? If so where is
it ?

I have the same problem. Have you found an answer? It's so aggravating to
have contacts end up in the junk ail.

I had the same problem with my forum mail arriving as Junk. I've cured mine by changing which mail account the mail goes to. Seems my ISP mailbox was the problem, now the mail goes to my Live mail account and it goes to the Inbox not the Junk.
If your using your ISP mailbox try using another account like your Live mail, tell your company to send it to the Live mail addy and I bet it works right then.
