yahoo mail account

yea what do i have to do to be able to set-up this dam email account? heres
the error message ive been getting.

If your Yahoo account is a free US-based one, it only has web access,
no POP access. If you have a paid (premium) Yahoo account, the
settings are here:

Connections to port 25 are often blocked if they go through another
internet provider's equipment before they get to the email server.
You might ask Yahoo if there's another port that their email server
listens to, and if so, change to using that port.
