Fonts in winmail keep changing

Using vista ultimate 64. My Fonts in winmail keep changing. Every 2nd or
third email I open changes fonts.
How do I set a font size & have it remain. This is happening in the reading
pane?
I change the font size in view text but it does not hold. Is this a known

Tools | Options | Read | Fonts
You can set which font will be used for each character set listed in the
MIME header of a received plain text message.
