email autofill
In Outlook Express I could fill in the "To:" section by starting to type the
recipients names, and the correct contact from my address book would show
up. This isn't working for me in Windows Mail. Any ideas??

Re: email autofill
Yes I have this problem also. There are so many broken things in WM that I
am keeping a list....I can't remember them all. I work at a major university
and I'm saving the list so I can bring it to the first MS forum they have on
campus. I want to ask someone in person from MS what the heck went wrong
with WM. Did anyone actually test it?

Re: email autofill
Windows Mail is horrible! This is one of many problems, i live in Brazil, i
speak Portuguese and on Spell Check i have only French, German, English and
Spanish available, is that a joke of Microsoft with Brazillians users or a
huge major error of the company?

Re: email autofill
Yes, I have the same problem.
In a different thread, "mikeyhsd" said
"had the same problem when I imported a WAB from OE.
deleting all the addresses and importing a CSV from OE fixed the problem.
of course that works if you have a CSV of XP OR OE where you can create one."
I haven't had time to try his suggested fix.

Re: email autofill
Same here, I'm tempted to go back to XP, but I like all the other features of
Vista. I'll learn to live with it.
