There doesn't seem to be an easy way. If you want, zip up a Tbird message
file that is small and email it to me and I'll see if I can figure it out.

If you mean import the address book...

in Thunderbird... open address book, select Tools - Export- pick a format
like LDIF or CSV & export

in Windows Mail... click on Contacts - Import - select the same format as
you exported in TB - and open the file you exported.
