If you have the dbx files backed up for each Identity then figure out which
is yours and which is his. (you can probably look in the directory and see
the dbx filenames to figure that out as they will match the folders you each
have). Then in your user space go to File | Import | Messages and choose to
import from a directory and choose the appropriate directory of dbx files
for you. Then do the same for him.
You will probably encounter problems if you don't do it exactly because its
a bit tricky and buggy. Do it exactly as listed here:
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#oe2wm and that should get you both working okay.
Also to put in a plug, my OEX program works for WinMail and OE and it will
allow you to import messages from OE dbx files just by pointing to them.
And it will remove all duplicates (and triplicates <G>) from a folder with a
click of a button. As well as having other features:
