Upper toolbar in Mail,to the right of "send and receive" ,click on CONTACTS
,then on the toolbar in contacts,click NEW CONTACT ,put the Name of your
contact in,then their email address,then click ADD.

Can someone tell me how to create an address book in this new Vista email?
I went to contacts and typed in an address and I never saw it again. Thanks
in advance. I have spent at least 10 hours on the phone to Microsoft, Bright
House, and EarthLink since I plugged in this new computer with Vista.

Interesting. I just checked this and I have no "New Contact" or "New Group"
option. Only thing on tool bar is "Organize" "Views" and "Burn".
I upgraded form XP OE6.

Reading another post "Windows Contacts in Vista" I tried the solution
provided for another problem and now I have "New Contacts". So for whatever
reason the default setting for Contacts was not Contacts.
