Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox
One more thing...what happens if you delete the windows mail message store
file? Do you lose all your messages (inbox, sent etc.)?

RE: cannot delete or move message from outbox
I went to the website and tried to do what you said but it says to rename
something. I just dont get it. Should I take this laptop back and buy one
with XP or will this eventually be fixed without me having to be computer
savvy.

RE: cannot delete or move message from outbox
Im with you Diana. I just bought a new computer and the mail program doesnt
work and the directions on how to fix it are greek. You guys at MS have been
hyping this program for years and you cant even make the mail work. I see
posts that are months old about this problem and MS hasnt come up with a fix.
I am really frustrated. I dont want to have to patch something together on a
brand new computer.

RE: cannot delete or move message from outbox
I have been waiting for a week for someone to help me with this problem. I
have received four calls from India of which I understood very little. I did
however, get that "someone will call me back" - apparently this is going no
where, fast.
The fix's suggested do not work. I am totally locked out of sending emails
- I am frustrated and extremely disappointed in Microsoft and their hype
behind Vista. Apple is looking better and better....
