Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox
I don't have a clue as to your issues then. I'd rename the message store
directory to something else and then start Winmail and let it set things up
completely over again.

Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox
I've had this problem ever since early betas. I am now using final Retail
6000 and I have the same problem (fresh install). Nothing has worked.
About the solutions people are suggesting:
- Deleting the eml files or inbox folders: this is ridiculous, even if you
delete them they are still listed in the database file
WindowsMail.MSMessageStore
- Database repair: it didn't fix anything
My deleted folder now has more than 1000 messages. This is getting really
annoying. So much for "Ultimate" windows.. they should put a fix soon in
windows update imo.
This sucks.

Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox
Some have reported that if you repeatedly "empty deleted items" that it
finally takes.

Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox
They said a few times. Closing and opening and such.
You might try a repair of the database.

Re: cannot delete or move message from outbox
If this doesn't work: www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/ running the compact followed
by the repair, then your only option is to delete the
WindowsMail.MSmessagestore file.
