Reading Mail

When I try to open my mail by hiting the Read Mail on Internet Explorer, the
inbox comes up under Internet Explorer. It only does it most of the time
and other times it opens the inbox. How can I keep the Inbox on top???

Could you possibly describe this problem in greater details?
Where is this button Read Mail that you hit? What do you do to get to it?
Are you using any Web based email interface?

The Read Mail toolbar button is not visible in Internet Explorer 7:
