How to link hotmail to windows mail

In previous versions of Windows, I can send a webpage by clicking on "File",
then "Send page by email", and send it with my hotmail account. Now, with
Windows Vista, this doesn't work because a window pops up and tells me that
Vista cannot connect to hotmail anymore, and to get a Windows Live Mail
account. The thing is, I do have Windows Live Mail already. What should I do
to connect the two? Thanks!
