TCP/Ip connection problems

I don't know where to check to report details of this problems, but every
time I press F5 to download the newest messages posted in a newsgroup, on
the first press Vista reports problems of connection.
Pressing again f5 immediately after close the dialog window, all works fine.

I noticed that this also happen when switch between subscribed newsgroups.
I'm only using the default Microsft Communities account created on startup.
