No.

No proper standard for yEnc has been published and MS won't support it
without one. Your best bet is to get a yEnc-savvy newsreader. Xnews
(http://xnews.newsguy.com/) is pretty good and free.

Thanks! I use yProxy now with OE, and they (Brawny Lads) assure their new
version will work with Window Mail. By the way, I also use NewsBin, and it's
excellent . . .
