Copy the dbx files to a blank directory on the physical hard drive that is
your system drive. Folders.dbx has to be included. Then right click on the
files and go to Properties and clear the read only attribute.
Then try File | Import | Messages in WinMail. If that still doesn't work,
then you will have to get a 3rd party program to extract the messages from
the dbx files. See
