unable to transfer windows vista mail to windows xp mail format

sir we are ussing windows vista with outlook expres mail ..want to transfer
all message and contact to another computer with windows xp. but we unable to
transfer that.

Windows Mail stores all messages in .EML format which, conveniently, is the
same format Outlook Express uses (though OE takes it a step further by
placing these .EML files into .DBX storage files). All you need to do is
copy the .EML files and take them to your XP/OE machine where you can drag
and drop them into OE folders.
