Exporting messages and folders to Outlook 2007 from Windows Mail

How can I do this?

Is there a way to backup all my messages and folders in Windows Mail.

I don't know the first question's answer. You might try File | Export.

I've found that I can import my message store and folders from
Outlook to OE, so that's a start on the way to Windows Mail.
