Can't Install a New Program from a Trusted Internet Site

I am unable to install a new program from an internet site which I have added
to my trusted sites zone. In the middle of the download I get a "SSL error
61" message and the download is blocked because "You have not chosen to trust
this site". I have tried making security changes and totally disabling my
firewall, all to no available. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

H\Just wondering...have you tried downloading
the complete file to a folder on your hard drive
and then installing?
