Windows Live Mail Contacts

Why do the contacts created in Vista do not appear in WLM?
I had to create the same contacts in WLM!
Is there any fix for it?
It seems the Live software(s) cannot see the contacts created outside live
programs!

You may have to do a one-time import of Windows Contacts
into WLM. Open WLM Contacts, Show menu, Import,
"Address book for current Windows user".

Because Yahoo has more together than Microsoft in dealing with Vista.
Dump Live get yahoo accounts, the music system is 100 times better as well
as connecting with Windows Mail on Vista.
