I have purchased a new computer with Windows Vista and have started to use
the computer to get familiar.

Now wish to transfer my Outlook Address book from my old computer.

How do I do it??
Would appreciate help.

Backing up Windows Mail and importing from Outlook Express to Windows
Mail
http://www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx

Note that Outlook (comes with Office) and Outlook Express (comes with
Windows XP and earlier) are different programs and use different file
formats.
