WHEN I OPEN VISTA MAIL IT AKS FOR MY USER NAME AND ACCOUNT NAME, I ENTER THE
DETAILS AND STILL I CAN'T RECEIVE MAIL BUT CAN SEND THEM? CAN YOU HELP PLEASE.

Can you copy and post any error messages you are receiving here?

In the mean time, double check your email account settings with your
providers "How to setup a email account in Outlook Express or Windows
Mail" webpage.

I had a similar problem with using windows mail
Anybody that has the idea in the grp on how we can fix the problem shld tell
us

Hi Dayo,

It is hard to say what the problem could be without a copy of the error
message posted with your message. There are to many things it could be.
Please post any error message and as many details as possible.
