Despite your assumption, Windows Mail != Outlook Express. The former is
included with Windows Vista, the latter is included with MS Internet
Explorer 6 (but not with MS Internet Explorer 7). There is even a group
dedicated to Windows Mail: 'microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail'.
I have never used MS Outlook, so I don't even know the interaction between
MSOL and MSOE, much less between MSOL and Windows Mail (which I also don't
use for lack of Windows Vista.
Despite my lack of MSOL/Windows Mail experience, I will take a SWAG
(Scientific Wild Assed Guess): Don't configure any email accounts in Windows
Mail. If you are using MS Outlook for email, why even bother adding the
email accounts to Windows Mail? I know that it is possible to not configure
MS Outlook Express to have any email accounts at all; for I have done that.
