Posting such a message to a newsgroup instead of email, as you did, is
a bad idea since newsgroups go to an unknown number of people
around the world, and spammers often collect return addresses from
newsgroups and send spam to them. That's why it's often recommended
that you don't even provide your correct return address in a newsgroup.
This newsgroup is a correct place to send some types of computer
problems to, especially if they are with the Windows Mail program
under Vista.
Note that I'm not responding by email.
