How to search "globally" under the single title "Local Folders??

Hello everybody,
Under Outlook Express, one could search for a specific mail
under the single title "Local Folders".
This was very convenient if you didn't know in which individual
sub-folder such mail of yours has been stored.
But at Windows Mail I cannot type anything at its the Search Bar
if I checked "Local Folders"!
I can only search by performing a "step-by-step" under each
single sub-folder...correct??
So if this is really the case (?), then it was much better designed
at...Outlook Express!!

You can still do that in WM.
Go to view menu>layout>customise toolbar>in the left pane select 'Find'>add.
Now use that button to do your search.
