How to send Bulk Email

Outlook has/had the option of creating an email with hundreds addresses, but
sending them only a few at a time at specified time intervals to avoid
overloading the ISP or being closed down because it looks like spam to the
ISP. How do I do this with Vista Microsoft Mail?

Again it depends on the ISP you are using. In all fairness they (ISP) are correct in implementing this rule. Otherwise Spam will be out of control

Windows Mail has no such feature.
