Windows Mail can't directly use or import a .pst file.
1. Open Outlook on your XP computer, export the .pst data to Outlook Express
format. Copy the .dbx &.wab files to a temporary folder on the Vista
computer. Open Windows Mail, and import.
2. Install Outlook on the Vista computer. Open Windows Mail, and import.
Or, continue using Outlook, as it's probably better.
