setting up email account.

It asked me for my server name and I put in the correct information and, it
shot me back an error. Any ideas why it would do this???

Your email address and connection both indicate grics.net,
so make sure your mail account settings agree with this:

i am having the same problem. It said I put in the wrong server name. I
didn't out the werong one in. I do know my name

Well, we can't very well guess the correct server name for you.
Your ISP or mail provider has that information on their website.
Or you can tell us who your mail provider is, and we will look up
the correct settings for you.
It would be helpful if you included the complete error message,

and you misspelled "wrong"... so you could have a typo....
