Exchange Server Tools 2003

Hello,

I work for a corporation and I am attempting to work with Vista. I need to
manage/Create User Accounts over Active Directory and need to install
Exchange Server Management tools only so i can manage there Email Accounts in
Active Directory.

Is there a patch out yet to were i can install this software?

I Run into the Error that my ISS Services are not installed / disabled.

I have enabled all the ISS Services to see if this would fix the problem, no
luck.

If someone can please assist me with this matter, it is rather ergent.
