Turn Windows features on and off fails

Each time I attempt to add features using the "Turn Windows Features On and
Off" wizard, it get the message "An erros has corcurred. Not all of the
features were sucessfully changed."

I have tried the fixes from a few Microsoft knowledge base articles, but no
success.

If it makes any difference, this was an upgrade to Vista Ultimate using the
Windows Anytime disk.

Any suggestions?
