Cannot Complete Install on iSCSI v2.04

Hi,

I am attempting to download and install Microsoft iSCSI Software Initiator
Version 2.04 on my Vista machine. I can download the file, but when it gets
to about 99% complete I receive an error "Setup could not find the update.inf
file needed to updated your system."

I have been unable to locate anything on the Microsoft support sites and
would appreciate any inputs you may have.
